We are a research group centered on the development of advanced methodologies in non-linear system modeling and control, as well as machine learning and data mining techniques. We focus on decision modeling frameworks, including multi-objective optimization, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-benefit analysis, multi-criteria decision analysis, and Integrated Assessment Modeling.
Our research is applied to crucial domains such as air quality modeling and the formulation of comprehensive, low-carbon policies that address air pollution and public health challenges through energy, end-of-pipe, and behavioral mitigation strategies. We also engage in energy transition modeling, aiming to enhance the efficiency of energy production and consumption across various sectors, including mobility, industry, agriculture, and hard-to-abate sectors.
